Why we're unique!

At the International Design Center (IDC) our faculty, researchers and students design devices, products, systems, services and elements of the built environment that impact the global community in the following areas:

  • Design with the developing world, transportation (clean water, sanitation, power, medical care and food)

  • Use equipment you've been trained on in Makerlodge and get trained on some of our other cool equipment in IDC.

  • May only use tools you've been credentialed to use via the MakerLodge. We unfortunately can not train you on other equipment
